A Fun and Healthy Treat

Here is a treat that is fun, easy, healthy, and oh so tasty! 
They are called  fruit kababs or fruit-on-a-stick. All you need are some wooden skewers and a selection of fresh fruit. You can arrange it anyway you want.
You can even add some low-fat cheese cubes


Or have some low-fat yogurt to use as a dip.
Feeling creative?  Break out the cookie cutters and add shape to your melons and pineapples!

You can create a beautiful display for parties by sticking the kababs into a cheese block or watermelon rind.
